As part of our rebranding project, the techniConcept team played a key role in developing a new website for us in record time: www.derendinger.ch. The site includes several features that enable us to increase productivity and communicate more effectively with our customers and prospects. Since its launch on 1 September 2023, our website has been a resounding success, with visitor numbers increasing month after month.
Challenges
Derendinger needed a new solution to manage all of its internal documents, particularly for sales teams equipped with recently replaced iOS tablets.
The application had to offer reliable access even without an internet connection, in order to guarantee access to files in all situations.
Another key challenge was to enable the reuse of this document database on other sites, thanks to a data export and retrieval system.
Our solutions
We designed a multi-platform Progressive Web App (PWA), accessible from a simple browser, to replace the old native application.
An advanced caching system ensures file availability in offline mode.
The development was carried out using the Neos CMS, which allows for centralised and intuitive document management.
To optimise the design and control the budget, a dashboard theme was purchased and then customised.
Finally, a GraphQL API was integrated, allowing public documents to be displayed and easily reused on other platforms.

The solution now offers a comprehensive document database that is always accessible thanks to a differential cache.
Teams have a simple and effective tool for managing and updating documents from Neos.
Thanks to the API, data can be used on other sites and applications, offering Derendinger great flexibility for its future needs.
