How can we simplify access to environmental subsidies for the residents of Bulle? That was the challenge the city set us. The goal was to replace complex forms with a simple, secure online tool that would enable citizens to submit their applications clearly and allow the administration to process them smoothly.
Our solutions
With Neos CMS, we have developed a customized web platform designed to meet this dual requirement. For citizens, an intuitive portal for submitting and tracking their requests. For the administration, a robust back office for structured and efficient management. And to ensure that no one is left behind, we have set up first-level support.
This project is the result of a successful partnership with the ParallĂšle communications agency, which contributed its expertise in web design. Their work has created an interface that is visually consistent with the image of the City of Bulle and its ecological values.
