Celsa-Charmettes wanted to modernize its online services. The goal was to enable customers to place orders and request quotes directly on their website, while ensuring that the tool was simple and accessible to everyone, regardless of age or digital skills.
Our solutions
We designed an easy-to-use online management system for both customers and the Celsa-Charmettes team. Customers can now submit their requests independently. On the management side, the console allows orders to be tracked and processed quickly, reducing internal work time. To ensure intuitive use, we conducted tests with various users to optimize the customer experience.
